Patchy seems to have much better range and set of hacks to work with. Amy is a bit more than twice as strong and tough. But Patchy is much harder to kill. The only real way Amy is gonna pull it off is if she uses transmutation. She isn't bypassing regen with anything else. While possible. She is quite a large distance away, and it requires being pretty close. As well as actually landing the hit in. Which she is smarter and probably more skilled. But the range and hacks patchy has should be too much. He has flight and a long range which is gonna make getting close and even touching him really hard. Patchy also uses time hacks quite frequently. As well, plot hacks which Amy has no way to counter or stop either. And with such distance to work with, he likely would go to them. Especially since he does seem to use them pretty frequently. And plenty of other hacks such as trapping her in another dimension or point in time, ect. Regen just takes away Amy's best win options. Her only one is going to be really hard to pull off. And she doesn't even know she needs to use this. So not like she is going to open with it. Or even resort to it that fast. Patchy has plenty of hacks he has shown to use quite a bit. And all can put Amy down pretty quickly. And with such a high pain tolerance. Nothing is helping Amy there either. Patchy wins via range, Regen, and haxs
 
From what I read, Amy's only win condition is Transmutation (With Ring Hammer). Patchy, as explained by @Ce221808, have way more options to put her down. So, Voting for Patchy FRA.

He has been like kinda knocked dizzy, though didn't show he was actually knocked out. And the time he was knocked out was more an excuse to give him a dream sequence. But considering most of the time and damage he takes to whatever degree leaves him conscious and only angry. We can toss those instances up more as PIS.

That was the time he was dazed that I was talking about. But it didn't actually show him getting knocked out. He got slammed by the giant rock and got back up but fell back down dazed after talking.
 
Yeah, usually, knockouts are PIS to Regenerationn users and there are almost definitely PIS for high-level Regenerationn users.
