In the original game you literally use her vanishing cream to move through a solid wall of stone to get an item. This could for vs battles on here make a hell of a difference for her.

Key isn't really necessary, she doesn't gain any power boosts from them. Besides, those costumes don't actually give her abilities since things like her ninja suit was just a diaper training suit she wore as a toddler.
 
Hmm... Then isn't she technically missing some of those abilities as well? Her mighty-switch-force-block power thing isn't really mentioned anywhere.
 
The only abilities I can think of are her surface scalling on ninja mode, the blocks which I don't know what call them in officer mode, and that's about it.
 
Also Beach and Ninja mode give her pseudo flight via bubble and teleportation. since she can do them so quickly and successiely she can gain height.
 
I would say limited flight via her bubble and cloud, not for teleportation . Funny thing is, Jammies mode is completely broken. Shantae takes so much damage (not applicable because this is due to Rottytops being inside her pillow) and her cloud can be used over and over.

Yeah, this seems fine.

Shantae is a quite minor verse, so you can feel free to add this sort of stuff without making entire CRTs so long you also add proper scans to justify the additions.
 
Yup.

Only make a CRT if it's something of controversial nature (tier changes, hax additions, that sort of stuff).
