uh, how far Vivec into 1-A? Swann is just baseline(or a bit higher than baseline).

Swann doesn't scale to him. Also I believe the Elder Scrolls 1-A's are being revised so this is either a stomp or a bigger stomp: when has their ever been a fair 1-A match.

As long as the opponent is contained in a narrative of any shape or form(Such as a game, a story, etc.), it's gonna end up as a complete stomp
Take SCP-2747, a being which can obliterate narratives infinite times higher than itself. All Swann has to do is CTRL+A then backspace and it's just gone, like it never even existed as a threat at all

No, if you read swann profile you will know he just transcend one narrative as does vivec.
Swann AP (Completely transcends the primary narrative which contains the whole of the SCP Multiverse, whose full extent has been described as possessing uncountably infinite higher dimensions, perceiving it as nothing but fiction from a higher layer) just one, while vivec transcend even higher in the 1-A

This match would actually be a stomp. First, Swann has no Regenerationn. Swann is around baseline; Vivec is way higher from powerscaling and should be upgraded to 1-A+ or higher soon. So, there is a likelyhood of an oneshot
Second, Vivec got True-Godly Regenerationn and high-resistance to Conceptual Manipulation and roughly everything that Swann can do so Swann can't killed him.
