Peter griffin gets in a fight with Patrick from Whack the series

(Note. Patrick is 9-B+ Physically.But he is high enough in AP for this not to be a stomp)

Peter scales to 51,630,400 Joules

Patrick scales Above 13,708,143.75 Joules

Speed is equal

They get everything except Peters death powers, and Patrick can't summon God

Other than that. Full arsenal

how does patrick get past the regen, dura neg, death manipulation and duplication?
 
Peter doesn't have Dur negation. Not Death manipulation. Patrick's god powers are restricted. And peters death powers are restricted.

Duplication is iffy at best considering his clones tend to be evil towards him. And if so. Patrick counters with some of his summons. As he has several. Several Dolls, Grudge, Pinhead.

Patrick has Pressure points and incapacitating as an option which he does consider in character. He also has Soul manipulation to destroy Peters soul. An his guns are strong enough to blow bodies into bits. Even someone on his own level of durability. And his explosions are even stronger and can do the same. And poison manipulation is also an option. Or holding down with adhesive. Several ways to incapacitate. And his better weapons can kill like The Grudge or bigger guns like his rifles and shotguns
 
you cant restrict powers unless they cauuse a tier change.

and body control+pain inhibition should mess with the pressure points to some degree.

Yes I can. Death manipulation is an optional ability. That's only an ability he can have. But he doesn't get here.

So i am not even restricting it. It's just not standard. So yea. It can be disincluded. It's a better I don't use it and Patrick's god powers else Peter ain't gonna have much a chance. This makes it at least a bit more fair.
