I didn't think I would actually be able to do this, but here we are.

This takes place in a Neutral Lake, so no home court advantage.

Speed Equalized.

Maximum Size for Champ.

No equipment for Nessie.

Both at 9-B

Not sure that is completely the fairest thing ever but ok. Nessie is a bit smaller than Champ, though has better lifting strength and is vastly more intelligent and can likely outsmart the dumb creature. All horrorclix "monsters" are skilled manipulators, and Nessie is no exception. Plus Nessie scales above standard 9-B explosives, 9-B bone breaking, smashing tables, walls, and doors, and actually scales to calcs, which Champ doesn't.
 
OK, here's what my friend got.

Low ball is 1,549,700,133 Joules or 0.37 tons of TNT.

High ball is 4,649,100,475 Joules or 1.16 tons of TNT. Building Level.
