I think Togera has the range advantage here, which should be a decisive factor since Gorosaurus doesn't have ranged attacks of any sort. There is also the fact Togera can negate Regen and he can heal himself from damage.

I actually think this is a stomp. Gorosaurus has lower AP here and Togera has mid regeneration. Range advantage too. LS is the only thing Goro is good at here and even that is outdated since you can't have LS via sheer size anymore afaik.
