Chris Redfield VS Marco Rossi (Capcom vs SNK; GRACE)

I'm surprised Marco is such a low tier. Anyways Marco has fought people with Danmaku plenty of times and is all around high 8-C while Chris is only high 8-C with a few weapons. Weapons Marco deals with all the time. I'm tempted to say stomp as Chris gets one shot while Marco could destroy Chris' attacks or dodge them pretty easily. At the very worst Marco survives a hit form Chris' heavy weapons due to his durability and shots the crap out of Chris.

Changed a tier to match Chris' durability on his page.
 
Then this is no longer a stomp but Marco still wins pretty easily due to having much better firepower as Chris gets shredded as soon as Marco sees him while Marco has avoided weapons Chris uses constantly.
