Luffy Vs The Dovahkiin

1.Dovahkiin has low MHS reactions and combat speed, while Luffy is mid-high MHS.But since Dovahkiin has hax like slow time etc i give it to him high diff.

2.Dovahkiin is stronger and has a number of hax so Dovahkiin low dif.
 
Going with the Dragonborn for both rounds. I'm assuming this is max lvl lore Dovahkiin with the best items in the game plus a crap to of OP healing potions, magic abilities, and shouts. If that's the case, Dovahkiin slows down time, then cuts Luffy's head off with a Daedric Greatsword that absorbs Luffy's soul into a soul gem to enchant a random weapon to slay chickens and then proceed to grab all cheese in Skyrim, but not before killing everybody in the province with arrows in the knee... and that's just Tuesday.
 
I agree with Xmark12. The dragonborn will slow time down the moment the battle starts, and Luffy has nothing to counter that.
 
I'm kind of thinking maybe Dovahkiin here.

R1, i believe that KKa has pretty much summed that up. While Luffy does have the precog advantage on top of having the more superior speed, that is true. However Dovahkiin can likely counter it via the time slow move thing to compansate on not being able to catch him. From there, he can use some of his magic spells, the dragon roar move, or just physically try to hack and slash at him during the entire duration of the attack.

R2 is more in Dovahkiins favor here. More variety and number of hax to go by, and is stronger and durable enough that he shouldn't have too much problem with Luffy.
 
I wasn't aware Dovahkiin had time manipulation.

If you guys feel R2 is too much in his favor I will remove it to make it a closer fight.
 
My money is one the Dragonborn, while he wouldn't be able to use broken OP poisons on Luffy and fire wouldn't be as effective, and while Luffy is faster, Dovahkiin does have time manipulation which could be used to comp for the speed gap, I imagine it would play much like this, the fight begins, Luffy begins to move to fast, Dovahkiin uses time slow shout, and from there he might either use different shouts, cast powerful destruction spells, or just try to hack and slash into him. That and he is more than likely physically stronger than Luffy due to being "at least High 7-A"
