Angry Birds Downgrades

it means that: AP: At least 8-B, likely 7-B (able to injure Leonard, who survived the explosion of Pig City)

Dura: At least 8-B, possibly 7-B (Scales to his AP)

I agree as well.

Also, where is the supposed 8-B feat? That needs to be calced.

And Red seemingly restrained/hurt him in the sequel.

If anything, in the restraining feat, he could be deemed somewhat superior to Leonard, since (presumably) he resisted.

Why are we scalling Red from the movie to his game counterpart? They are clearly different canons and not connected to the games at all. Unless this is a composite profile.

So what is left to do here?

Chuck need be faster than light to stop time. Like we see in the angry bird movie.
No, time is still moving, just very slowly. You can even see it in the movie.

Relativistic is Speed of chuck in movie because to slow down time you need run fast as 10% of the speed of light.

I don't think that's how it works. Characters in fiction can move so fast that everyone is slow to them. Such as Spider-Man from the Raimi Trilogy, everyone looks a lot slower but Peter. In the cartoon, it could possibly be time manipulation since he kinda "activates" it.
