Speed is equalized, and the fight takes place in a mall. Neither know where the other is...except that they're in a mall. They can use anything at their disposal within the mall, including combining weapons and otherwise. Frank does not get access to his Capcom Heroes costumes. Both know the layout of the mall

Frank West

Composite Human

Yes. Cause if you put it in a non weapon like mall. Well. Franks the only one who can weaponize none weapons. So it puts CH in a really bad and not necessarily fair spot. Put weapons around. And then it's more so how they utilize their skills and such. Without making it unfair for one side since both have knowledge and an ability to get and use the weapons

Alright there's a weapon shop.

Oh also I'll add this. They both know the layout of the mall.

wait, why wouldnt CH be able to weaponize nonweapons? he should have the intelligence of the smartest humans right? i mean even normal people can do stuff like that, hell my cousin made a bb gun from nothing but a pen.

Pretty sure he meant not in the way that Frank can becuase Frank can make it insane.

true, but i mean franks still human and if a human can think it up why couldnt CH? it should be as creative as the most creative humans, as smart as the smartest humans and as insane as the insanest humans.

No human in history can make a lightsaber from a bunch of gems and a flashlight.

Or a matter disintegrating gun from a computer and a gun.

Or a sword that shoots ice beams.

More an automated sentry turret from a stuffed teddy bear and an LMG

To be fair. Chuck made most of those. Frank doesn't have nore made those

Only one he didn't make was the sentry turret but to say he can't is silly considering he's made far more advanced items.

When did he make the lightsaber? That was dead rising 2 exclusive that I remember

Regardless. No way CH could make those on the spot. That's beyond them.

two words: game mechanics, and really a sentry from a gun and a teddy bear? you probably wouldnt even need the teddy bear just get a strong rubber band, point the gun in the desired dierection and pray it doesnt jam, you would end up with something similar, less accurate by far but it could still work as a distraction. and thats what i a normal person came up with imagine what a person with the above mentioned stuff would come up with.

Ehhh no. Definitely not a game mechanic. Dead rising is extremely wacky with its creations. Those weapons exist and are supposed to. And calling it a game mechanic is utterly baseless and wrong. This is the world of fiction. It means chuck is simply that smart. Not that his actual weapons are game mechanics

You could make it in Dead Rising 4. Unfortunately it's really underwhelming compared to the staple it once was.

Also, Bob, brushing off actual intelligence feats as game mechanics is severe downplay. What makes you think they're game mechanics?

And also no, the turret was fully automated. Like, frank didn't need to give any input. It locks on targets and shoots.
