So I'm just gonna guess that Amaterasu (an obscure character) is not gonna use time stop as a first move and Kirito wins because freeze is his first move?

It lists her as immune to time stop though I'm not sure how that works

If you actually read SAO, you'll notice he's a good prota. The anime omitted a lot of the stuff that makes him likable.

The only things that make him slightly above Blegh in the novel is his inner thoughts and emoting in them

That's basically it.

True, but those feelings are what makes him feel like an actual character, unlike the Marty Stu of the anime.

Kirito's freeze isn't time related. It's an AoE ice attack that flash freeze his opponents with a thought. His ice colder than outer space and is 2 degrees hotter than AZ

I think Kirito isn't that bad as a protagonist. He isn't that edgy to what people believe him to be and the reason I think SAO is hated is because it's mainstream and a harem at the same time

I admit that since i read the novel a bit

@Knight another Sugou grudger, is that you?

The r*** scenes are made for you to hate the bad guy, just like in JoJo the villains kill dogs for the same effect.

That doesn't make them any better.

You wanna do a r*** scene in a work of fiction? Clockwork Orange it. Make it horrible and unbearable, because that's accurate to how the act is.

That's a horrible, egregious excuse for such content.

Yes, SAO sucks ass. No, that is not the topic of debate. Let's get on topic.

Wait a sec, after rereading the thread, what does Wolf lead with? If it is with Time Stop, then I vote Incon, if not my vote goes to Kirito.

Time stop is what the wolf leads with.

Amaterasu, to do any of her techniques with the sacred brush or whatever, stops time so she can draw, then she can basically do whatever.
