Round 8 of my Sans fights. I guess more an arena than a tournament. But too late to rename. Getting close to 10. Which is gonna be a special fight. Here though. He fights the Better Superman. Super Brainz.

Super Brainz vs Sans

Speed is equal

SBA aside from that

Sans:

Super Brainz: 7

Inconclusive/Draw:

I have to side with Super Brainz with the Superior Strength and Dura ikity. When the guy is casually MCB+ he can basically handle anything sans has and can deal alot more to him. Also Sans Gravity Manipulation won't work. Frisk who is Small Building can resist it enough that they can jump a few meters. So a person who is MCB+ at least should feel 0 effect. Also he has the massive range advantage which means he can stay as far as he needs to kill sans if he doesnt want to get up close So Victory Super Brainz

I agree with him winning via stats, in addition to Super Stench and possibly BFR (dunno how Super Brainz's BFR works). However, I don't think him being more powerful than Frisk would change the Gravity Manip's effect. His flight, on the other hand, likely would.

also... Sans has the range advantage. dunno what you're looking at

Reasons above basically go over it. Brainz has a range that can shoot across the map and explode with AOE. Which definitely could catch Sans off guard. And there is no way Sans Gravity Manipulation is pulling him out of the sky. MCB+ >>>>> Small Building. He could easily resist. And Cut down could null Sans Powers too. Which makes sans as dead as you can get. Super Brainz could just fly up and snipe Sans. And while Sans may be able to dodge sometimes. An AOE explosion would catch him off guard. And or he will grow tired eventually. And has no way to get Super Brainz down. And again. Cut down screws sans over. Or summoning and overwhelm sans with several zombies. So for those and reasons above

I think it's cause his range is wrong currently. His range shoots across the map. Several meters was just a place holder. But his attacks do reach out farther.

And gravity manipulation would be resisted. Frisk managed to fight it back whos Small Building. So Brainz who is MCB shouldn't have issues

And 3 for brainz

It can negate durability yes. But they were saying touching him is too hard since he can fly and Sans can't counter with with GM since it isn't nearly strong enough.

Okay. I was going off the profile, since I haven't played the game. That should be revised then.

but yeah, voting for the Zombie

Gravity Manipulation can't be resisted by AP. That's not how it works. Like, not even remotely.

Brainz can't remotely fight danmaku and as for his range, being able to shoot a far distance and being able to do so accurately are very different things.

Except, someone who was Small Building resisted it. Sans Magic isn't nearly strong enough to pull Super brainz out of Flight. He could effect him while he was standing at best. But no way he is pulling in down. He doesn't increase gravity. He more so changes it. And him throwing Super brainz would require overpowering him. Which he isn't doing. Neither lifting more magic strength is strong enough.

And your own argument can be used against you. He does have a way to counter, called flying. Sans doesn't have counters to targeting attacks. Or to AOE attacks.

That's what I said. Don't know why people are saying that his AP resists Gravity Manip. If anything Super Brainz has can resist Gravity Manip, it's his flight. We don't know how Sans fights against someone who flies, though it's likely it would just make it a bit harder to do so.

Sans magic is weaker than Super brainz which is why. The magic would need to overpower him to actually work. Which it couldn't at his power. Which is why it's being said he could overpower it, since he is a nice chunk stronger. And weaker people have fought back before.

Super Stench just makes Brainz' attacks OHKO, meaning he still needs to land a hit. Sans just danmakus with Soulhax. My vote is for the funny skeleton man.

although danmaku is a dangerous move, super brainz can destroy it with its diverse techniques such as multiple super balls, or the fireball itself, since its danmaku is still an objective and more for air damage, super brainz has dealt with guys who teleport before (superbean) sans is nothing new.
Besides, his attacks can cross entire maps.
and all this without counting his skills he gets in bfn.

@TUHT

No. He can't. He dosn't have enough projectiles to counter all of Sans'. Not even remotely.

Dealing with other teleporters dosn't matter since Sans is just really good at dodging and dosn't spam teleport to dodge, but to teleport others into attacks.

His AOE attacks can tag sans with general ease since Sans couldn't avoid them, And targeting attacks which one shot and Sans is dead. And flight is a good counter. If it came to a quick draw, Brainz attack's both target and can AOE.

What AOE attacks?

Also, Sans is capable of teleporting to avoid attacks and can spam it. Sans wouldn't just stand there and take it if he could avoid it. That's how he works.

Area of effects. Covers a wide range in attack. Explosions essentially

And no. No no no. Sorry, but This reason always is brought up and I don't like it. It isn't a valid reason. Sans never at any point used teleportation to dodging. And there is 0 reason to believe he would. Sans teleporting dodging is not a reason that should be used unless he is bloodlusted

the projectiles have area damage, i.e. even if you dodge it and the damage will spread to the nearby area which affects opponent comparable to super brainz, so if you are lucky enough to dodge one of those projectiles, it will still hit you.
the sans bones don't have a real hardness in the game we only saw how it destroyed frisk, they were never attacked with something with the super fireball pot, so the bones would easily be destroyed by their projectiles like their laser, or simply destroy it with their tornado, besides the same can telestraport behind sans and shoot it with a random hit.
he can only get away from the sans attack air and simply spam from the air with super fireballs and super fireball remote control.

I doubt those explosions are map-wide, so Sans can just be outside of their radius. He dosn't fight close up anyways.

Sans has never used teleport to dodge because he's never had a need to. Sans himself said he wouldn't just stand there and take an attack. If dodging is an option, he would do it. Sans has very little CIS.

Not Map wide. But several meters. Sans can not side step those attacks. And neither does Super brainz. He has range too. He shots across the map

And there's no reason to assume he would here. Unless he has previous knowledge and knows that these attacks will explode, he is only gonna side step. That's what his character does. And it's wrong to assume he would suddenly change tactics here. And that still doesn't stop attacks that target him.

no but sans doesn't know how his area damage projectiles work, he'll believe it's just an attack like his laser and that's when he'll be defeated, even so supebrainz has an attack chasing his opponent with area damage including.
Supebrainz as it was said can only telestraport behind him and shoot him.

They have splash damage, yes, but how far does that actually extend out from the attack?
