Batman vs Iron Man but it's not comics versions (Grace)

I'm gonna vote for iron Man, I think that the flight and stronger ranged potential will win him the day. As far as defenses I believe he could shoot most of Batman's ranged responses out of the air and keep up the pressure. I feel a real killer here could be the suits nanobots as they could cause surprising things in a heated battle such as slipping something off Batman or forming a blade or lock at the right place.

By the way I really like how your using still well known but less common as far as battles are concerned characters great prompt
 
Tony has more than enough range to never even need to consider cqc considering he can counter most of Bat's gear. He does like going cqc though which would get him skill stomped but most of the time, he won't do it so Tony FRA
