Green Lantern vs Sally Acorn

A vote for Sally. One-shot via being 2-C works but the Sword of Acorns can immobilize targets and drain without having to make physical contact.

Sally has tactical knowledge but no haxes to support her tier, leaving her weak to other low 2-Cs if it wasn't for the Sword. So, not a stomp, it's just more like Green lantern vs the Sword of Acorns with a fleshy weak point.
 
Green Lantern One Shots, but however the SoA can drain beings as powerful as Enerjak AND it's thought based from what I heard. Hal has a wincom, all he needs to do is punch her, but he won't get the chance as he'll instantly gets drained.
