Does Post-Crisis Hal Jordan and onwards have access to his Pre-Crisis abilities and resistances? Cuz there's no separate key for them, or is that just a profile mistake?

While Green Lanterns were reduced in their potency after The Crisis on Infinite Earths, they were not rebooted the way the rest of DC was. They still retain the ability to use all of their abilities though at a diminished level.

Hal Jordan its not close he created the ring with sheer will and determination and can even summon neckron if he must. Became a host of parallax multiple times, hell parallax like him more than Senestro.
But if you asking who Ion favour the most its either Kyle or Guy.

Despite being technically the same, Hal's pprtrayment is massively different from one Era to the other, so he should be separated.

No. Hal along with the rest of the GL corp did not get rebooted the way the rest of the continuity did. The Green Lantern Vol2 continued on publishing as Green Lantern Corps Vol1 for 2 years after the Crisis on Infinite Earths. There are numerous references to pre-crisis continuity events in Green Lantern Corps content unlike for other characters. Hal, unlike the rest of DCs heralds, would actually become more powerful and demonstrate even better feats after the Crisis on Infinite Earths than he did before it.

I don't thinks its the right thread but care to explain how is his feat better than Wally? I dont think they are. Even if you Include parallax controlling Hal.

Zero Hour Parallax causing trying to restart the multiverse was something Wally has done in his begining career during his race with Black flash reaching the End of time and restarting it.
And he get more and more broken with each reboot. To the point of stepping outside of story itself.

HAL alone(without parallax or other entitiy) was never referred as JL level threat or overpower them but Wally is to the point that entire JL is powerless.
