Wolverine vs Mr. Bean

wolverine should take it, he should be able to kill mr bean pretty easy and mr bean has no way to put and/or keep wolverine down, voting wolverine
 
Hate to say it. But Mr. Bean has no win conditions. None that I see. Which sucks. I would have love to see him fight Wolverine. Though I don't see why Wolverine is 9-A. All his links are 9-B calced feats.
 
No. He doesn't have pressure points. He has just incapacitated people before like with items. Like restraining someone's arms. Or accidentally shocking someone causing their heart to give out. (But he didn't do that with an item he typically has). It's why it says he had incapacitated people before but isn't said pressure points.
 
Wolvie is 9-A because he can tank Weapon XI's beams, which can destroy entire nuclear reactors and are on par with Cyclops's eye beams, which can blow up rooms, steel doors and the Grand Station of New York's ceiling.
