Dante is fairly above 5 megatons (he was above FE Arkham), so they're probably about equal, with maybe some debate over who has the actual advantage.
Either way, doesn't matter. Her concept hax makes this probably a stomp. Dante can't really deal with it in any way, and since it seems to be her primary deal, he'll likely die before he can do anything.

So stomp? I mean Dante could potentially win with something like sealing or bfr, though i guess due to precog + instinctive reaction Kuina will get her attack off first.

Not combat applicable. He can "erase a demon's name" which is the same as destroying their concept, but we don't know enough about it and he's never used it.
