You can make the argument that the Chaos Force is 5-D because it's outside of the multiverse and it's time and space and is a higher plane of existence which is a higher dimension in the context of the verse.Oblivion Of The Endless said:

Erazor djinn is extremely powerful, he was absorbing multiple pages from stories of the Arabian nights, each of these pages were described as being entire "worlds" and no I'm not talking about planets here, this is universal shit 😂 he absorbed over 100 out of 1001 before getting beaten by sonic, he then transcends these stories when he becomes the creator, in fact even in base he was able to bring back all of the stories of Arabian knights, meaning Alf wa Layla wa Layla is also 5th dimensional.- 34

Solaris with just the power of his presence was destroying space time continuums and his eyes of Solaris spread across the universe, he also existed in the past present and future all at once and can only actually be defeated if you kill him in all three at once, he is one of the only villains that could actually hurt Super sonic and since he was going to destroy all the space time continuums where there's more than likely an infinite amount as for every change in time a new space time continuum is created this would make Solaris 5th dimensional.

As you can see, Solaris's feat would only be 2-A.
