The problem for Sam is that while he is a master at stealth, so is James AND 007 has literal invisibility which is a massive advantage. I might wait on more Sam Fisher experts before voting though
 
Necro Bump, but Sam easily takes this. Sam has googles that let him see through invinsiblity. So Sam wins for me.
