Doomguy vs Samus..... But it's non canon Samus

I vote Doomguy, NC Samus is borderline incompetent in everything except combat, and Doomguy is basically a Nerfed Kratos, so he should have much higher intelligence and skill. (Plus, he has invisibility, his Berserk powerups, and his weapons ebing euqal to or able to counter Samus's.)
 
Similar scenarios have provided feats from Wall to Building, varying on how much damage was actually done. We really need to see how big these blocks are to understand her AP. Can someone get scans for this?
 
One-shots a Space Ship with her pea-shooter Power Beam (Page 5), Survives a 6-way blast from Space Pirate Ships (Page 14), and survives falling from orbit onto Zebes (Page 15).Don't have much time for the rest of the questions, but these should easily be in the 9-A range.

She also manages to surround her boss in dozens of bullets without missing a single shot within an in-game action somewhere in those pages so when it comes to skill, she's probably got the advantage. It's also mentioned that she has had many contracts before, so I'm not sure if there really is an experience advantage here either.

Since Rage Power and Berserk aren't 9-A, they're kinda irrelevant via OP's terms. Invisibility and Healing would be Doomguy's most beneficial abilities but not only does it depend on him finding them / it not being in character for him to abuse in the case of invisibility, but Samus counters via Ice Beam for Healing, and Enhanced Senses for Invisibility. She also has Shinespark and temporary invulnerability
 
As you might have noticed, like Doomguy, neither have definite calcs. So its hard to tell definitely for either.
 
Yeah, I just didn't mention it seems Ice Beam makes the ability kinda useless, assuming he gets the sphere.

Didn't know about the megajoules scaling, not sure what feat it is but I'm not sure if bringing it up really changes anything.
 
Barons of Hell vaporize humans with their fireballs, which is a 300 Megajoule feat.
