Arifureta Moon level Downgrade

So the characters are rated as Moon level for being superior to Helmut who can create a planetary storm, however according to Standard Storm Calculations, such a feat is now Country level at best.

So i proposed Afterstories Year 2 and Beyond, the characters be downgraded to Multi-Continent level for being superior to Afterstories Year 1 Shea Haulia and Lutria.
 
I thought creating a planetary storm was Small Country level+?, regardless, I agree with the downgrade.
