Quarantine thread for discussion from here: https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/3292698

I have wrought this monster, so it's only fair that I kill it.

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION:

- Toy-based Jurassic Park pages. Should they be purged?

- Is Horrorclix fine? (Probably.)

- Are drones a toy?

- Are airsoft guns a weapon?

- Should NERF get its own verse for the Wii videogame?

- Are there any other toy articles Ant should know about?

- Am I clown of the day or gremlin of the month?

TOPICS NOT UP FOR DISCUSSION

- The real-life NERF gun. Please. Let's bury this.

- And the Super Soaker.

Profiles with lore, scaling, feats, etc, why would there be a problem with them? I am not say some mcdonalds toy or a plushy. Things like Keener and Neco toys tend to have lore, and sometimes come with comics of the figures (ex. AvP figures).

No. They're about fictional characters.

Yes. They're about fictional characters.

Sure.

Not sure.

Refer to the rules on advertisement character profiles.

1. Horrorclix and the Jurassic Park toys have a story with characters that have descriptions and back stories

2. Drones can be toys, but they are also used by military (As weaponry) and with other companies such as amazon.

3. No, you don't see people go into war with them and are in the in the same vein as NERF (Being seen as play things or objects of entertainment)

4. Probably (I never played the game so I don't have any say in this)

5. No...just no

6. Whatever fits your sexual preference

You can't escape the Super Soaker

Our drone file seems to only be about quadcopters based on its description, image, and stats, rather than drones in general, though for some reason it makes mention of weapons systems which a quadcopter couldn't really use. Because of that it's pretty much just a toy (or a surveillance or delivery service). But if it were changed to include stuff like military drones, it obviously wouldn't be.

Okay so:

1/2: if the toyline doesn't have a story divergent from the source material i'd say delete, if they do its fineit's fine

3: Recreational drones as a profile seems weird to me, I'm be okay with deleting

4: I don't think airsoft profiles are needed even if you can blind people with them

5: sure, why not

6: idk

7: whatever lets you sleep at jight

What is there to clarify? Seems rather definitive to me
