He lost to Zero (and likely would lose to X), but what about the weakest of the X series trio?
Speed:

Axl: >> 250c (I think there's a 420c calc out there but I'd have to find it) (Far superior to Duo and Classic Mega Man)

Batter: 361.598c > (Somewhat superior to the Queen)

Axl: >> 1.2 kilofoe (isn't harmed by Lumine's Paradise Lost)

Batter: > 1.8 kilofoe (superior to the Queen)
