Esdeath vs Devil

True, but most of her attacks are brutal like being turned into a pincushion of ice spikes, getting impaled on a ice spike from below, crushed flat by an ice meteor and getting shattered to pieces. Low-Mid Regenerationn cannot save him from that actually.
 
Can't he say something along the lines of "be melted" and her ice spikes will evaporate? Given some of the things he's pulled off, it doesn't seem that crazy.

Though if she instantly freezes his whole body solid than it'll overwhelm his regen and incapacitate him.

He just has to say "Disappear" and the attack disappears (like the scan i gave above)

The question is: Does she has something faster than devil's word "Disappear" ?

Well, he can still be hit, so it's not he's completely invincible.

Plus, it's not like he can talk when frozen. It's just that the Devil has the perfect counter to her danmaku spam and summons.
 
Again, She will eventually get swallowed by his Life Force Absorption magic. The only magic attribute can beat it is Anti Magic and Dark Magic.

And He has Kotodama Magic:

This magic attribute allows him to manipulate his surroundings through speech. He can even command other people and their magic spells and create a wide variety of magical and physical objects of many elements. He is able to use this magic without the need of a grimoire.
 
Yeah, I know that. Hence why I said that Devil pretty much counters anything Esdeath can throw at him with the exception of maybe time freeze.

That said, is this a stomp? Esdeath's only real wincon is to time stop then completely freeze him, whereas the Devil has a wide variety of options to win.
 
Yeah that's a win con.

Also don't forget that if he goes to close she may be able to freeze him.

The best way he has to defeat her is by life force which is like spreading sludge an it is by distance

So if he goes too close she may be able to freeze him. If not, the devil absorbs her life
 
<Low Mid

Esdeath Peppers him for a little while and he dies.

Low Mid is useless when she Already defeated someone in cano with that level of Regenerationn and Far higher he also has zero form of precognition or enhanced senses so ground spiking him from below will cut him in half.

Plus, hundreds of meters range from 4KM distance? That's not going to happen.

And to top it all off, she's stronger by a lot.
 
Didn't realize his regen needed to revised, cause that's wrong. He regenerated from being reduced to nothing but his heart by growing a mouth on it and saying "heal". Sure, it's still Susanoo level, but it's likely that as long as some piece of him remains, he can grow a mouth on it an regen with a single word.

Also, he does have some pretty good senses. Dodged a slice attack from behind from an enemy that he didn't know was there

Attacks Asta and Yuno with a bunch of attacks without even turning around

Blocks Yuno's attack without turning around

There's also the fact he can handle multiple enhanced sense users in close combat like Yami, Asta, Licht, etc.
