Rex doesn't resist BFR or time stop and while Foresight is somewhat useful, it's not as good as Shulk's precogniton and Rex doesn't have anything to counter Squall's hax so I vote for Squall.
 
Biological Manip seems to be Rex's best option here, but Squall has way more options to put Rex down, and arguably an AP advantage as well. My vote goes to Squall.
 
I don't know most of the Shulk matches that happen on here get some solid traction. Hell he's about to offically defeat Kratos in a couple hours and is 1 vote+Grace Period away from beating Ness.
 
Probably, even though it's kinda surprising. Maybe I'll do Shulk vs Squall when this thread finishes. Squall's Acasuality was discussed in his upgrade thread to be Type 4 rather than Type 2 so maybe it could be fair.
