Paralysis plus Lasers GG

It's highly unlikely teleportation can overcome the paralysis and once it does happen, the bear can rip through him to end it rather quickly. Soul manipulation and Sans throwing the kitchen sink at once could give him an easy win but the mega boo should be faster. The only think I gotta ask is it paralysis if IC to do first
