9-A Underdog Brackets Round 2

Hank has slightly higher AP (0.02 tons as opposed to Poy's 0.01 tons), idk much about either character though.
 
Okay, two big questions here. How potent is Hank's Resurrection and can PoY bypass it? And how does PoY's Empathic Manipulation work?
 
Hank gets ressurected by the Higher Powers whenever he dies, with all his wounds fixed up too, so PoY can't really do anything to stop it, except hope the Higher Powers aren't in the mood for it I guess.
 
I don't think that's necessary, his ressurection isn't all that reliable since sometimes he doesn't get ressurected at all, he'd probably get ressurected a few times and then the Higher Powers would get bored.
 
I mean, if he gets resurrected even a couple of times, that's more than enough to wear down PoY and take her down.

Also, again, how does PoY's Empathic Manipulation work?

But yeah, PoY's Empathetic Manipulation is via causing panic attacks. And I don't think her technology manipulation is enough to jam Hank's guns.

Pretty sure guns are mechanical, not technological. Big difference.
