I don't see why not, I even commented on how he could stop Hank from dodging the sight of the screens with his large amounts of which he can control. I am FRAing for Eden and my arguments

And i noted that'd just make Hank more incline to use his bomb which is over 600 times stronger than the both of them, which would incapacitate Vox instantly.

He doesn't have the regeneration that's combat applicable to win through that. They'd both be incapacitated/dead for too long to come back in a reasonable time.

Vox wouldn't be dead. Hank would be. Pretty sure that would still count as Vox winning since he is the one who is still alive, he is still in the battle after all and doesn't need to fight because his opponent is dead.

"Victory Conditions: Removing the opponent from the battlefield for at least one week (BFR), knocking the opponent out for at least one hour, or incapacitating the opponent by putting them in a state in which they can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day, are to be assumed as victory conditions. Death of the opponent also qualifies as an immediate victory, as long as the resulting state of the opponent would, if the fight went on, eventually qualify for at least one of the three priorly listed conditions. The fighter which reaches a victory condition first wins the match."
No. Both would reach the incapacitating condition at the exact same time, the only difference is that Hank needs time to resurrect himself and Vox needs time to regenerate himself. Vox doesn't get a win because he's incapacitated differently than his opponent. That's silly.

Yeah he kills himself with the suicide bomb in episode 4 of the series and currently theres 12 mainline episodes and is still alive as of now. resurrection isn't a first time for him.
