HIM vs Dimentio

Not really sure what the other guy does, but Dimentio no-sells any AP based attacks and resists mind manip, while HIM doesn't any resistance himself. So Dimentio snaps I suppose.
 
HIM spams emotion and Mind haxs. It's part of his character. Btw, I wanna explain his immorality comes from Fear. As long as he is feared, he will not die
 
How potent is HIM's mind hax?

Immortality won't come into play if all Dimentio does is mind control him.
