Jorgen VS Cthulhu: Battle for the Strongest Speed=High 5-A

Im just curious to see how Cthulhu would fare against the strongest fairy of the universe, Jorgen Von Strangle, seeing if he is able to keep his place or have Jorgen steal that spot. It inspired me to do this after seeing Cthulhu VS Timmy, after all.

Speed is you-know-what, and both have access to everything.

No prep, no outside help.

Will Jorgen steal the 1st spot for Speed Equal High 5-A, or will Cthulhu keep it?

Cthulhu has high 2-A plot something that's sorta Ill defined

That said jorgen still gotta beat Ahriman. Dude's crazy even without speed
 
High 5-A's list of strongest is a big mess man. FOP is at least one of the competitors for 3rd or 4th place. 1st is Ahriman with Cthulhu, and second is The Apex Twins. For me 3rd should be Lucius the Eternal, but that's not really a consensus.

Then you have FOP characters, Axe Cop, even more Warhammer characters, Kevin 11,000, Amon (StarCraft) and a Cat with 3-A attacks all contending for the next spot.

I spent time researching this because... reasons.

Anyways, back to the topic.

Jorgen seems to have the range and stamina, plus, some very good hax abilities. I mean, cant he wish for Cthulhu to be an ant and then crush him? I am aware you cant kill people with fairy magic, but at least you can make them weaker so you can kill them physically.
 
Anything passive or automatic that may give Jorgen ploblems? Aside from the madness manip of course.

Jorgen IC moves are; Energy Projection (..yeah), Deconstruction (via vaporization), power null, Transmutation and Memory Erase, the latter is a strong option giving how Jorgen will try to protect the secret that are Fairies such as him, he uses that via a Men in Black style Memory Wiper, could do so with seemingly a snap of his fingers in Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary and by biting a target while turned into a dog on Jimmy Timmy Power Hour.
 
Cthulhu has High 2-A plot manipulation in his High 5-A key? I've plaued the game and all I saw were occasional gags with the narration and plot maniping certain events but why is it High 2-A. Futhermore he hardly uses it in combat.
 
Well that honestly seemed weird that he has it but never uses it. But anyways, I can see that Jorgen would likely resist Cthulhus magic since magic cant affect other magical items, so I guess that would make Cthulhus magic useless here.
