If Reimu has Fantasy Nature, she could most likely take everything Moon has to offer and then take her out. Otherwise Moon takes it via more hax.

Going to assume this is composite Reimu.

Usagi has the advantage in terms of hax. Reimu has Fantasy Nature, and that's about all she has. That's all she needs, though, since she'll just float away and beat on Usagi indefinitely.

Without Fantasy Nature, Reimu doesn't stand a chance.

A composite Reimu?

Aside that, What Prom and Saikou said is what i'm going for. Sailor Moon has like a crapton of hax that i'm pretty sure trumps anything that Reimu has except for that Fantasy Nature ability of hers. With it, i can see Reimu trying to spam(?) this move and beat on Usagi til' she goes down.

Without it, SM wins this with hax.

At least this time, this isn't purely a one-sided battle with Sailor Moon winning. Unlike Sailor Moon's abilities, all conventional types of reality manipulation are meaningless and even non-physical moves don't do anything to Reimu.

This is Black Moon Arc Usagi right? Anyway, assuming composite Reimu, she takes this solely because of Fantasy Nature. Capable of evading all of Sailor Moon's attacks while able to attack her as well. Otherwise, Usagi turns Reimu into moon dust via hax.

FN mode win, hands down. Sailor Moon could have withering her life away trying to destroy her and Reimu won't lose a single sweat.

Otherwise, it's kinda hard to imagine a shrine maiden defeat 1 of the 3 famous and famously overpowering magical girls.

Edit: You need to set the win condition though, cause I'm afraid Sailor Moon won't be able to win even if she managed to kill her if her soul is doing the FN part.

If Reimu was shown how much a pain Sailor Moon was to most people, she wold have known she had truly give Sailor Moon her actual defeat. As in, Sailor Moon isn't just almost defeated, but outright defeated by somebody who can be in and out of existence. Doesn't Fantasy Nature have offensive uses as well?

So we all agree for real that for the first time, Sailor Moon lost for real and it won't be just another thread that'll get taken out of both their articles?

^Yup,look like it. And i Think the Fantasy series of her move is it offensive used, what with the ball of light that nearly one-shot every youkai and break the law of physic. Oh, and something about ignoring the law of physic, or even the law of conservation of energy itself

So, with Fantasy Nature, it doesn't matter which Sailor Moon it is Reimu is fighting against?

^If speed is equalize, probably. There's still many speculation about to what extend she could ignored. (After all, we only know that she could ignored "Pressure,Force, etc." from Zun and that no one could beat her in anyway, and "no one" could also include the Dragon God or just a figure of speech)

So with that done, can I update this on the page? With that, Reimu have defeated the weakest of the 3 magical girls.

^Both. There's something about Zun saying that PC-98 and Windows's is one and the same, but we're not sure (maybe it's different timeline or something...). That's why we considered a Reimu that's "composite" of PC-98 and Windows, having planet-destroying ability plus Fantasy Nature, the Master Key of everything (In my opinion).
