So, I'll be going for Superman, due to AP, Dura, and Range advantage. This is gonna be a tough fight for both of them, However the longer the fight drags out, I'm pretty sure Hulk might eventually succumb to Supermans slightly superior strength if they punch eachother non-stop, Superman's most likely gonna mix and mash some of his heat vision and freeze breath into those attacks.
Hulk might be smart, but I don't think there's much he could really do, is Superman decides to hang back and range spam him, they have pretty similar Intelligence I think, Supermans abilities have more going for him I feel.

Superman is basically invulnerable. To the point that even with Supersoldiers Bruce was certain that only Kryptonite can do anything. Hulk would not be able to damage Supes. Also, there is a huge gap in striking powers. His strikes against Darkseid was enough to shake Apokolips and Desaad was certain that Superman would destroy it. He has killed Hercules in a single strike and also trashed Ares. Hulk would get speedblitzed, trashed and bloodied in this match and he would lose.
