Yes, but considering G4 might end being 6-C scaling from that very same Issho's feat, this could be outdated.
Anyway, I'm leaning towards Kata. Raging Demon need to hit its target and that will not happen with Observation Haki working. Add that to the fact that he's stronger, can spam danmaku and control the battlefield.

Borderline stomp for Katakuri. Akuma cant do anything to overcome precognition and cant even bypass that regen

The regen doesn't apply to his real body. If Akuma manages to land a hit the wound won't heal. Regen applies to his Paramecia body which isn't even intangible.

With precog, Katakuri can turn a specific spot of his own body into Mochi, so Akuma cant really damage him

Since OP doesn't specify the version, this is Oni, who has flight, teleportation, soulhax and intangibility so no, he has some advantages. It's just that Katakuri's are perfect to counter Oni's.
