Sans gives a Minecraft ripoff a bad time.

We see the Pixel Gunner fighting in the Deadly Arena (specifically the mines), as he fights the zombies that were coming at him. Suddenly, Mages began to spawn, firing their blasts at the Pixel Gunner, who dodges them, until one of the blasts hit a TNT block behind the Gunner, which exploded and made a deep hole which the Pixel Gunner accidentally falls into.

He wakes up, and finds himself in some snowy woods of some sort.

Pixel Gunner: Ugh, where the hell am I?

Suddenly, we see Papyrus walking in the forest until they see the Pixel Gunner, who seemed confused.

Papyrus: A HUMAN! I MUST CAPTURE YOU SO THAT I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL JOIN THE ROYAL GUARD!

Papyrus then tried to send a bone at the Player, but he just jumped over it and smashed Papyrus in the face with his Power Fists, sending him tumbling back. He then created walls of bones coming right at the Pixel Gunner, but the Pixel Gunner just put on his jetpack and flew over them, before using the Eraser right into Papyrus, blowing him up as only his head remained.

Papyrus: WELL, AT LEAST I STILL GOT MY HEA-

But Pixel Gunner simply crushed the head under his foot, reducing it to dust and only leaving the skeletons scarf. Suddenly, someone began to walk in here, which was none other than our favorite pun-making skeleton, Sans.

Sans: hey papyrus, have you finished that trap you were working o-

But all he saw was just a red scarf next to a blocky gunner with a gun. He looked at the Player, sensing sins in him.

Sans: you are gonna have a bad time for killing my brother!

Sans then readied a Gaster Blaster as Pixel Gunner readied the Excalibur.

Speed is equalized and Player ONLY has access to all the clan weapons and for his gadgets, a Medkit, a Jetpack, and the Resurrection. Battle is in Snowdin Woods.

Who wins?

It depends on how good the player is at dealing with danmaku on sans level and whether the player can land a hit on sans before he gets soul haxed.
 
if it's ONLY the clan weapons then player can get lucky and hit

other than that, sans soulstomps

EDIT: Does player have any pets and can he summon The Dragon?
 
I mean, the attacks seem like basic attacks that you can simply step aside to dodge. I dont think its danmaku on the level of sans. Due to this, i think sans has a better chance of soulhaxing first.
 
Cyber Phoenix pretty much acts as a suicide bomber for Player, as it would just blindly go towards Sans and disable his bones for 8 seconds on death. (and if it manages to hit Sans, i think around 5 seconds)


And since the phoenix respawns, Player can do this for a very long time until Sans gets tired, just like how he does in UNDERTALE. And even if Player slips up, Medipack and Resurrection quickly fix any mistake he makes. And i know for a fact that bullets and lasers are faster than knives, so Sans can't just "haha you missed while i was sleeping xd" Player.

Player outlasts FRA.

YET ANOTHER QUESTION: Does Player have any hats or armor on him?
 
I mean. Wouldn't the bullets as well as sans reactions be equal?

And sans could eventually see what the phoenix is doing and attack the player while or before he uses the ability
 
Actually, heres the catch: It gets near, Sans kills it, it explodes in his face.
 
Also, there is the possibility of Player blitzing sans via Prototype S (it's a clan weapon) or maybe Excalibur just finishes the job.
 
When speed is equal, I believe that everything is equal, which includes projectiles, movement, and lasers.
 
Sans because his level of danmaku is far beyond things far beyond what the Player has ever seen, and because his powers would be extra effective because of the sheer amount of people he's killed.

Enough. Anyway, why is Sans so out of character in this fight? Sans takes this really easily, he can dodge everything the Player can throw at him and then one-shot him.
 
He is assumed to have his standard battle mentality.

His only battle mentality is when he goes in at frisk in genocide.

Also, his attacks are intangible, so blocking is also Rip for pixel.

That last part isn't a good argument as KR does not stand for Karmic Retribution. It doesn't range in affect because of how many people a person killed.

No he's not. They're just willing to kill. Which means Sans won't fight. And in the set-up above, he's super out of character.
 
The characters will employ their usual battle strategies

No dude, he' s in his battle mentality, of which he has only the genocide one.

battle strategies /=/ battle mentalities

obviously i know he's bloodlusted, we automatically assume that for sans, but im just talking about the set up.
 
...No. The very next sentence equates the strategies with mentalities and flaws that come with them. You literally arguing that he won't fight is just dumb dude.

He isn't automatically bloodlusted, he has his own share of CiS, but the set-up doesn't deny the fact that he'll fight like how he normally does.

And pixel is just dying to danmaku beyond anything it encountered and it's soul being destroyed in a third of a second by unblockable walls of bones.
 
Dude, literally everyone knowledgeable on Undertale like Azathoth agrees with this. He's naturally bloodlusted. Besides, we're arguing over semantics. Although, how on earth does Sans suffer from CiS? He doesn't even have a single moment of CiS.
 
Appeal to Authority nor popularity applies dude. Azathoth went out his way several times to point out that Sans would fight with the fact that his enemy isn't a time traveler in mind, and "bloodlust" is used as in "wants to kill the enemy" not as in the definition of Bloodlust the wiki uses.

Yes he does. He stops attacking several times, uses the same patterns over and over again, never even tries to ambush you, he doesn't start with his strongest attack, he doesn't abuse the fact that he can teleport you at will, he teleports you away before undodgable attacks hit you, and he uses his blue magic before summoning his bones on the floor.
 
Whatever. It's semantics.

Sans never stops attacking throughout his entire boss fight. The only time he does is because he tries to trick you. The only reason he uses the same patterns more than once in his fight is because of gameplay mechanics. Why would he ambush you? What would that do? You'd see the ambush coming every single time after the first one because of the SAVE and LOAD. He leads with one of his strongest attacks, the only reason he doesn't lead with his strongest is because it'd be too draining on his stamina. He abuses the **** out of his teleport, warping you into the way of attacks over and over. Only reason he teleports you away from undodgable attacks is because of gameplay mechanics, not CiS. Why... wouldn't he use blue mode? You could just move up to dodge them otherwise.
 
I mean, if you think about it... I believe that Sans never really had experience dodging danmaku himself, IE, the Players (Pixel Gun 3D) bullets. The only things Ive seen him able to dodge are one hit combo knife swings and single shot guns. But I never really seen him dodge anything like a rapid fire gun, which Player actually has.
 
Rapid fire Guns such as the Excalibur (A minigun), probably even shotguns such as the Dino Slayer.

And also, Im sure thats likely OoC for Sans to dodge via teleportation, correct me if im wrong. He dodges via sidestepping and ONLY uses teleportation when hes doing some attacks.
 
Neither of those count as Danmaku. All the projectiles go in one, strict direction that is easy to predict.

He does so because there is no attack that is close to hitting him. Those bullets need to travel several tens of meters before getting him, which is far more than he needs to just decide to not up and die.

Assuming the bullets can even get to him before Pixel is dead due to bones stabbing him through the ground.
