Danny should win. He's more experienced with using ghost powers and since it's season 3 ice powers and solid duplication tips thing. In his favor. And id it xomes to it ghostly wail likely ends the fight.
 
Dani can melt the ice around her no problem and she's strong enough to knock him out in one hit and she's faster.

Hoever he can make 4 duplicates while she can only make 1 at best, he has the experiance. Ghostly Wail is a one shot but he wouldn't use it right off the back but the vote is valid.

Although it's actually really close. She's quicker and a bit stronger but he has much better experience and dupes
