So, I believe Avdol should have this for several reasons. First, obviously, his fire melts Pet Shop's ice, and would do so quite easily considering the temperatures his fire can reach. This also prevents Pet Shop from freezing him in place like he did with Iggy, as Avdol can heat the ground and free himself with ease. There's also the fact that Avdol can take on both short and long-range attacks, and despite Pet Shop's superior instincts and flight advantage, Avdol should come out the victor.
I honestly feel bad for Pet Shop, because he's gonna get outclassed here. Avdol wins with low difficulty.
