Luffy fights a zombie (GRACE)

luffy could withstand most super brainz strokes, as his resistance to blunt forceful strokes would help him.
super brainz flight would help him along with his laser beams and his Super Guided Ultra Ball could catch luffy if he catches him distracted, super brain also has teleportation so he could teleportation to take advantage.

but I see more advantage of super brainz.
assuming it's luffy from the arabasta saga.
 
In that case, the luffy could also take advantage since the crocodile is flying and the luffy seems to be dealing with such characters.
But in other cases it's still the same, superbrainz could teleport and attack luffy in a surprising way, with Turbo Twister it could reduce the damage luffy does, although not in the way his other hax works, since power cancellation and death would be hax.
Luffy
-more ingenuity and intelligence.
-Best physical combatant.
-You can deal with the strength of superbrainz.
supebrainz.
-You can deal the same way with luffy.
-has much more effective hax's.
-The flight is still valid.
-has better attacks at a distance.
-Has experience in the same way with enemies quite strange and to fight them (super bean, rose, heroes plants, z mechs).

That ability doesn't look like Death Manip outside of game mechanics.

IDK if the video has some cutscene because it's 20 minutes long and I got borde, but I'd like to know if there's a cutscene where SB uses his haxxes. Otherwise, IT could be argued that the hax os game mechanics or IT just works on plants.
 
The description outright says that it works on plants. That's why I need to see some evidence to know if it'd work against non-plant targets.
 
I also would like to know how does exactly work, because Death Manip via cutting seems a bit vague.

Nobody at the moment. Cut Down is pretty iffy, and I don't know if Super Stench is some kind of hax Luffy doesn't resist (because Fragrance Manipulation is pretty vague in its application).

Luffy's stronger, like 3x when using Rapid-Fire Techniques, has better stamina and way more range (enough to pummel SuperBrainz at 4km which is the starting distance) and is far more skilled, but if SB can use hax then it's harder to say.
