Super Stench seems like a projectile (made of gas of course) so it can be avoided.

Cut Down to Size is still an unknown factor that could kill Luffy if it lands, but I don't know how it works, also Luffy outranges by far. Several yards vs Kilometers.

The input I asked for never came so I think waiting more is a waste of time.

Luffy's easily stronger and has the range advantage, meaning that he can attack Brainz at the distance, remaining safe from his deadly attacks. Luffy's an idiot, but even he knows that a green fog aiming at him is something he mustn't touch.

I think this is inconclusive. Either Luffy pummels SB or SB manages to land his hax since it's not automatic.
