Senator Armstrong Vs Yujiro Hanma

I don't see Yujiro damaging Armstrong very much so I vote for Senator, well maybe someone will have better arguments
 
Yujiro uses Information Analysis, senses his heart weakness and rips it out via superior skills and intelligence. If he absolutely has to he can use xiao lee to absorb and redirect any damage Armstrong can dish out back to him and can utilize .5 second unconscious to rip his heart out before his nanomachines can react and harden.

My vote goes to Yujiro.
 
That's not going happen when it took AP 2x above baseline concentrated on the edge of a blade that disrupts atomic bonds to achieve it.

.5 second unconscious doesn't look like an actual ability of his but rather the inability of humans in-universe to react, even if we assumed it applied here there is 0 evidence it would apply to his nanomachines that react independent of his armstrongs will.
 
.5 second unconscious is an ability that exploits that weakness, not just the humans' inability to react. I forgot that the nanomachines react independently of Armstrong, but that doesn't change the fact that they react to trauma and harden accordingly, which they can't do if they don't have anything to react to yet.

Regarding the AP, I just realized that we are having a 8.58 kiloton character fight a 14.59 kiloton character with resistance to damage on the molecular level. Which means that Yujiro can still win if he uses xiao lee to reflect Armstrong's damage back onto him to weaken him enough to rip out his heart or use xiao lee to absorb all the damage until Armstrong runs out of power.
 
Deflecting armstrongs attacks back at him isn't going to accomplish anything, he already endures the full force of his strikes concentrated on the edge of a blade, the redirection would need to be so effective it worked on lone atomic bonds for it to scratch armstrongs nanomachines and it's not like armstrong fights only with his fists, he can create large fissures of fire, explosions and can throw building sized objects, I doubt those are amongst the things Yujiro can deflect back effectively.

All cyborgs have pain inhibitors as standard issue due to their nanomachines so that approach isn't going to be very effective either.
