Alright, folks, you know the rules: The two of them have the Venom Symbiote (Eddie has Pre-Knull Venom, And Flash has Space Knight Venom)

Venom (Eddie Brock): 0
Marvel Comics Venom Vol. 1 Backcover
VS.

Agent Venom (Flash Tomphson): 7
Marvel Comics Venom (Space Knight)
Inconclusive: 1


Battle to the death.

Both are low 7-C

Speed is equalized.

Both are bloodlusted.

Flash has access to all his weaponry.

They have no knowledge of each other (Except for the fact their opponent is wearing a Venom Symbiote).

The fight takes place in New York City.
 
Flash doesn't have regen on his page, when he does have it in the comics. Weird

Voting Agent Venom for better skills and arsenal overall, and having decent skills with the symbiote enough to be comparable to Eddie.

I think this has been done in the comics though, can't remember...

Inconclusive in my opinion. Flash has a bit more skills that will consistently come in handy, but Eddie has a LOT more experience with the Symbiote, so I kind of think they're relatively equal. Eddie has enough experience to go toe to toe with Flash's military experience, and can probably use his symbiote a lot more creatively and offensively. I think there's scenarios where they can both reasonably win. Also, while Flash's profile feels incomplete, he gets shafted by having no Regenerationn. Also He doesn't really have that many more skills then Eddie, which eddie can compensate for with his experience and knowledge of the symbiote.
 
Flash has been shown to use the symbiote more creatively than Eddie ever did, who just copied whatever Spidey did. Also, Flash's far more in control and combat efficient than Eddie.

There's no reason why Flash isn't listed as having Regen. He has comparable regen Eddie, hell even the marvel wiki page lists it as one of his power. Somebody should likely add that to him

This is very true.

Eddie event admits in a comic that he's not very creative.
