Monika may he non-existent but if she falls victim to 3930 her non-existence will become a part of the collective of percieved reality.
Her nuking the timeline isn't going to kill 3930 or even put it down, but nuking the timeline will take out the people that are aware of the void. Although, will she even be able to percieve 3930 since she isn't human and machines do not register the existence of the void

Has it been tested on non-humans? It's based on consciousness, so she should be able to.

It's been tested on Machines at the very least, and animals do appear to be able to wonder into it and become a part of it

I see. She has until 3930 reaches her to absorb her non-existence into its non-existence assuming they aren't at a short enough range that it does that anyway. If she nukes the timeline, it won't kill 3930 but it will incapacitate it since it will erase all observers. Well, is she erasing the timeline or nuking the timeline?
