Because I made a new profile. It's dumb and stupid and I love it. Let's have it fight 2hu. Speed is gonna be equalized obviously, and 10-B forms are use. Mary does not have her gun. Neither are aware of the other's abilities. Who wins and why?

I mean it's ultimately just gonna be a fist fight. So who's better at throwing punches basically.
 
I mean she's a detective. She doesn't throw punches in the play but I'm assuming she knows how to because training.
 
Okay so basically.

Can she take down a trained detective. That's what this boils down to I guess.
 
Maribel...doesn't have much. She never actually fought anything and her powers are generally unusable. Meanwhile I'm pretty sure a FBI agent would have some minimal combat training at least. So yeah. Mary wins.

Probably just trying to best her in combat, but outskilling someone doesn't make it a stomp.

they both just have to beat each other in a fiat fight. That's their wincon. It's jusy more likely Mary achieves it
 
Outskilling can be a stomp if its by a large degree, but if she was quantitatively superior in skill she would be at least 10-A, so Mary for the aforementioned reasons.
