Expect she isn't weaker i put at their best and god of war Athena is implied to have the power of hope all along before putting it on the box making her more powerfull than saint seyia Athena since she's allowed to have it.Schnee One said:

How does that make her more powerful? Power of Hope Athena doesn't scale to Power of Hope Kratos, nor does she have the long scaling chain SS Athena has.
