there's no resist mind hax on his profile. And AP doesn't matter as he gets mindhaxed once the fight starts.

Reopening really isn't a big deal but that attitude is silly.

That also wasn't my only reason, I want to know where Aesir's resistance comes from.

Isn't Argosax's feat of fusing human and demon worlds already extremely above baseline what with the fact that the demon world is unfathomably bigger then the actual universe?

I remember Bayonetta being scaled to a universe way bigger then our own so they'd be evenly matched at that front

Dunno how Argosax mindhax plays into it
 
Aesir is legit stronger here AP wise.Paradiso is 1000x larger than Purgatorio and full powered Aesir is capable of merging Pardiso,Inferno and Purgatorio.DMC Demon World is only indeterminably larger than the Human World.Argosax mindhax,soul manipulation and reality warping is at least universal in scope and potency though
 
Purgatorio is equal in size to the human universe

Paradiso and Inferno are both several thousand times larger than the universe
 
Is several thousands of times necessarily higher then "Unfathomably and endlessly bigger" is the question

Either way I dunno much about Bayonetta so I'll just sit back and hope people don't kick weekly in the balls anymore then they've already been kicked
 
Absolutely, unfathomably basically means its larger to an unknown extent, especially when humans now cant even properly fathom how large the universe is, where as several thousand times is a blatant multiplier
 
From the description on his profile his mindhax is only baseline, whereas Aesir has a resistance to Balder's mind hax which was able to overwrite Jeanne's mind for an extended period of time despite her having a resistance to mind-based attacks and he's well above the mind hax of Dear & Decorations and Sloth, and he's unaffected by the Gaze of Despair which mind manips the opponent into becoming berserk.

As for soul manip, he's able to resist the soul destroying properties of shuraba, the soul cursing abilities of Alruna, and he himself is able to survive as a disembodied soul and was able to split his own soul in half with no issue. He's beyond the reach of Rodin's power to rip out souls and seal them in weapons as well as all fodder demons which are capable of ripping out souls and dragging them to Inferno.
 
Argosax was mindhaxing the universe as he pulled it into the demon world, so I dunno if just resisting some mindhax upon mindhax would necessarily compensate
 
His mind and soul hax isn't baseline, it's universal in range and potency since he passively manipulated all of the Demon World's energy can logically focus all that energy onto a specific object/being or whatever if he desires to, though mindhax's potency is measured in number of beings one can influence so I don't think his resistences to that matters unless it's on the scale of universal.
