Actually madoka got mindhaxed and her powers jacked just fine

That said if Noel happens to resist mindhax that yeets 2-As that would work

And considering she's from BlazBlue, wouldn't Noel also have passives?
 
2-A hax would allow her to kill a 2-A

that said what kind of passives is Noel packing here
 
Noel doesn't have any passives, she has Bolverk which can pierce through space and negate mid godly regen as well as detonate an explosion wherever she aims.

The only form of passive that I can think of out of the top of my mind is her causing the continuum shift subconsciously, which is just warping all of realities via Phenomena Intervention, but that's about it I think.

That said how does the fight go from there? Can Noel hit an abstract and not get powernulled?
 
@DMUA she can hit Izanami, who's a type 1 abstract. And she resists 2-A powernull on steroids thanks to no selling Kushinada's Lynchpin.
