Welcome back, Mav. They're pretty much even in every aspect, and since Lillie's healing likely only works on Pokémon, it's not combat applicable. However, I still vote Lillie for lifting strength which means she can pick up any cars or trees nearby, or even snap Lusamine's neck.
 
In that case, Lillie throws her bag at Lusamine in desperation and Lusamine gets her head smacked by 2204.4 lbs.

How is that possible if her mother is far better in experience than herself? Lillie throw her bag, Lusamine just dodge it plain and simple.
 
No fighting experience. She definitely has more experience with pokemon, but barely any pokemon characters have fighting experience.

Actually, training Pokemon shows some level of competence in combat. You have to consider the type of Pokemon you're using, the type your opponent is using, the moves you have, and possible moves they have. Just saying.
