Immortal Killer Momo vs Ever Ressurecting Wolf

Fight takes place in a random japanese school building, after hours, with both characters at opposite ends. Both are aware someone inthe building is comeing after them but not who or how. End Game Wolf (aka Low 7-B) and Epilouge Arc Momozono are being used (8-B). Speed Equalized and both are fully equiped. SBA for anything left over.

Wolf doesn't really have anything besides his swords prosthetics and stealth

He's the least haxed fromsoft character by far
 
I guess under the current conditions wolf stealths up to her, goes for the backstab and when he grabs her to stab she seals anyway
 
Wolf would have to get ridiculously close to kill her. I could see stealth into fire cracker to distract/stun her, into Deathblow working but it's also very likely she instantly seals him the second he gets close enough to attempt to one shot.
 
If she didn't know where he was, she would likely use her time dilation and make him move incredibly slow since he is out of touch with time. This would give her much more time to find him
 
She doesn't really have to find Wolf tbh since he grabs the opponent before he death blows she could just seal once he touches her
 
The set up of knowing someone is coming for them is sort of to Momo's advantage. I think if this was SBA she wouldn't know to use time dilation because she wouldn't even know she was in a fight.
 
Don't they just appear in central park with no knowledge of their oponent?

I could be massivley wrong.
 
Yeah but they still know they are in a fight otherwise every match would be incon since both characters just turn around and walk away
 
I guess it isn't a stomp if we start with that. Momo is insanely smart, and I think she would find a part of the school that she can confidently tell if he is going to sneak up on her. With that enviroment set, she yells across the school, progressively slower and slower, so that Wolf will move slower and slower without realising it. Of course, this will also reveal her location, but Momo is ruthless enough to pull something like this off. If she doesn't choose to use her time dilation, then she chooses a spot to wait for her enemy in all likelyhood. In fact, she may actually shout to fain trying to establish rules while slowing down his internal time. If she gets even a glimpse of him, she seals and wins, which I think is more likely than him getting to her without suspicion.

For these reasons, I vote for Momo
 
So uhh

Would Momo's sealing stop Wolf from just using a bite down and escaping
