Keiji Mogami vs Toichiro Suzuki

Very intresting matchup. iirc.

Toichiro is certainly more powerful than Mogami when it comes to the sheer potency of his attacks, especially in 80-100%, where he was outright outpacing 100% Mob, who defeated Mogami rather handily. Both also have energy absorption abilities which likely just cancel eachother out.

That put, Mogami wrecked Mob mentally despite psychic resistances of Mob, and shouldn't take too long to possess and take over Toichiro if he proves to be too troublesome. Toichiro also has the issue of self-destructing if he uses too much of his power, which probably won't incon the match here considering 100% Mob completely obliterating Mogami still had him clinging around.

There's also the spirits Mogami has accumulated, which if they linger around pose a threat to Suzuki as they nearly killed 100% Mob.

My vote is for Mogami. He fares poorly against Suzuki when it comes to sheer strength, but his mental manipulation should let him eventually take the match.

Voting Mogami

While i agree that Mogami wins, i will argue that he mindhaxed base mob in his astral form, after beating him in a mind based realm of his creation, Dimple even warning Mob Mogami had the advantage there. This is a fight in the real world. Toichiro, even at his weaker percentages, was already capable of toying with Mob/Super five members, meaning that his raw psychic power should allow him to resist that better than mob.

I see the fight playing like this:

Mogami has the upper hand until Toichiro reaches around 80%-ish, then he starts getting overwhelmed, however, mogami can resist exorcism and has survived worst, not to mention all the spirits he control can be used to keep control of the fight and divert attention. Considering Toichiro's personality it won't be long before he gets hyped and goes to 100% ,then, shattering Mogami's vessel.

This leads to the release of Mogami's strongest spirits, who then vanishes to heal(like when he disappeared in his final fight against Mob). Toichiri fights them for a while, begins to lose control and goes self-destruction mode. Mogami is already far away from the fight, healing when he sees the explosion from far away.
