Oh well then Hank. If there was prep time then maybe Freddy could sneak around but if it's just close-quarters combat then probably Hank. Hank shouldn't be Baseline. But neither has calcs. Hank is through smacking walls and some furniture feat Bill has that that Hank ragdoll with arm, and does it to 3 people with both arms casually. So he likely is stronger
