Malamar vs Professor Tsurubami

Just to clear some things up before this starts. Malamar can deal with passive abilities by turning them simple, but they will have to deal with them in a non-confrontational way. Tsurubami can use CC but if he has no idea what Malamar is doing then he cannot exactly "therefore" that attack, meaning he could usually counter them by making it that because it is almost certain those attacks would work otherwise to make it so they won't work at all. Malamar can use their inversion abilities to invert Tsurubami's use of Combine Everything. I made this match because I think their powers would interact in interesting ways. Malamar can use slash to cut out Tsurubami's tounge, thereby taking away all his styles including testament, which is a viable win condition.
 
How would the chair man deal with Destiny Bond?

Also how likely is Malamar gonna use Superpower? Enough of them should make a pretty clear AP and dura gap between the two
 
First off, he is technically already dead, but I guess it would make him pass out or something. But he would have to use it when to time limit runs out and they need to recast it.

Straight up attacks like that he can just use Contradictory Conjunction to tank it since he has next to no chance to tank it otherwise, and they will have to deal with his passives for before as well.
 
His go to way for a fast kill is to make them mad, and then use that to silence them, and use that silence to kill them. All within a short time frame. Other than that, he basically just tries to win fast. One of his favourite styles is CC

EDIT: How does Malamar get around Fukurou's sealing?
 
No, they need to recast it ever little bit. Hence the professor can kill malamar in between the time when destiny bond stops and they recast it
